Our domain name management extranet lets you manage your domain names quickly and efficiently.
How do I add a domain name that I should manage?
You cannot add a domain name on your own. To add a domain name to the Solidnames extranet, you must contact Solidmanes support.
What does the domain name renewal mode DEFAULT / AUTORENEW / AUTOEXPIRE mean?
In the Solidnames extranet, 3 modes of renewal are possible:
- AUTORENEW: The domain name will be renewed at the end of its registration period.
- AUTOEXPIRE: The domain name will not be renewed at the end of its validity period, which is a minimum of 1 year. The domain name will then fall back into the public domain.
- DEFAULT: This renewal mode is AUTORENEW. This is the default tacit renewal. The domain name will be renewed unless expressly requested otherwise by the customer, who receives 3 renewal notices on D-90, D-60 and D-30, with an invoice sent by our Support Center on D-15.
How can I get access to domain name subscription actions?
To have access to actions on your domain name subscription, you must have admin rights. To benefit from this right, please contact the Solidnames support center.
How do I get access to DNS zone modifications?
To modify a DNS zone, a technical right is required. To access DNS zone modifications for a domain name, please contact the Solidnames support center.
How do I update a domain name contact?
Updating contact information cannot be done autonomously. To update a domain name’s contact information, please consult the Solidnames support center.
How do I grant access to an external user?
To give access to an external user, please consult the Solidnames support center.
Technical management (e.g. zone file configuration, DNS modification, etc.)
How do I export a portfolio according to sorting and display filters?
To export a list of domain names according to sorting and display filters, you must first add a filter using the “Filter list” button at the top right of the domain name table. > Select a filter > Apply filters.
The filter is applied to domain names. You can then export the list by clicking on the “Export list” button at the top right of the table, next to the filter button.
