Every day, you&#8217;re alerted by email to any domain name cybersquatting. <\/p>\n<p>Solidnames&#8217; &#8220;Redemption Alert&#8221;, on the other hand, monitors trademarks among expired domain names. In this way, the trademark owner is alerted to disputed domain names containing his or her name that have expired. <\/p>\n<h3>Who can create a BrandAlert watch?<\/h3>\n<p>BrandAlerts are created exclusively by the Solidnames support center.<\/p>\n<h3>What settings are possible for BrandAlert?<\/h3>\n<p>The possible settings for BrandAlert are :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Identical watches: BrandAlert monitors domain names with identical trademarks. For example: solidnames.tech, solidnames.immo. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Container watches : BrandAlert monitors domain names that include the mark in the container: For example: solidnames-faq.fr, solidnames-bordeaux.fr.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Approaching watches: BrandAlert monitors domain names that are closest to the brand. For example: solidname.fr, solidworks.fr <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How can I find out who has access to a BrandAlert watch?<\/h3>\n<p>To find out who has access to a watch, select a watch. Once in the alert settings, go to the &#8220;Account&#8221; tab. In the right-hand column, you&#8217;ll see who is authorized to view alerts.  <\/p>\n<h3>How do I know who receives BrandAlerts alerts?<\/h3>\n<p>To find out who has access to a watch, select a watch. The person will then receive the alert details, but will not be able to connect to the extranet. <\/p>\n<h3>Can I disable daily alerts for BrandAlert?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, alerts can be deactivated from the BrandAlert settings in the left-hand column, then in the &#8220;<b>Recipients (Email &#8211; Language)&#8221; <\/b>section. Disable daily email for an email address.<\/p>\n<h3>Can I receive a summary of BrandAlert detection notices?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, you can receive a summary of BrandAlert detection notices. To do so, go to the subscription section of your alert and select &#8220;Renew&#8221;. You must then select the date until which your monitoring will end. The date selected represents the renewal end date.   <\/p>\n<h3>Can I renew my surveillance after cancelling it?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, it is possible to renew a BrandAlert watch after termination.<\/p>\n<p>To do so, go to the subscription section of your watch and select &#8220;Renew&#8221;. You must then select the date until which your alert will end. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once you have renewed your watch.  <\/p>\n<h3>Can I cancel my surveillance at any time?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, you can cancel your watch at any time. To do so, go to the subscription section of your alert and select &#8220;cancel now&#8221;. The alert will end upon confirmation. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after you have cancelled your alert.   <\/p>\n<h3>What does &#8220;Cancel on expiry&#8221; mean?<\/h3>\n<p>Cancelling on expiry means that the alert will end on its expiry date. You can see this date in the &#8220;Subscription&#8221; tab of a watch, then in &#8220;Subscription&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Expiry date&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>If you wish to cancel your subscription on expiry, go to the subscription section of your watch and select &#8220;Cancel on expiry&#8221;. The alert will end on the expiry date.
